Do you supply the kitchen or just fit it?+

Both. As a Howdens Trade Partner we supply at trade-discount pricing with a 25-year cabinet guarantee — or we fit kitchens you've bought elsewhere (Wren, IKEA, Magnet, private suppliers). Whichever route, the fitting standard is the same.

How long does a kitchen installation take?+

Most straightforward fit-outs take 1–2 weeks. Full refurbishments with structural changes, rewires and re-plastering can run 3–4 weeks. We give you a clear timeline and daily updates so you always know where the job is at.

Are your electricians and gas fitters certified?+

Yes — every electrician is NIC certified and issues a full electrical certificate, and every gas fitter is Gas Safe registered. All of this is included in the price.

When do I pay?+

A small deposit confirms your start date. Staged payments cover materials. The final balance is only due once you've walked through the finished kitchen with Ivo and you're 100% happy. No exceptions.
